Little Acre Quarantine Kennels - Welcome

Little Acre Quarantine Kennels (LAQK) is a small, friendly family run concern, employing a hand picked team to care for your pets welfare whilst they are quarantined to DEFRA approved conditions. We also cater for the Early Release Scheme (PETS) programme.

The owners, Stephen and Liz Riding, are involved in the day to day running of the kennels. Liz along with son David primarily provide the customer and veterinary interface as well as organising the collection of pets from the approved airports and ports in the UK.

Little Acre Quarantine Kennels is located in the rural setting of Mid Cambridgeshire at Turves, close to the town of Whittlesey approximately 11 miles east of Peterborough. Lakenheath and Mildenhall RAF bases are approximately 40 miles away. Set in idyllic Fenland countryside, the kennels and property cover 2 acres. We have clients from as far away as London and Kent all the way up towards Lincolnshire and Derbyshire. We are also used by professional breeders in the UK who use us time after time. We believe that this is because we consistently go that little bit further than necessary, and the feedback we recieve seems to confirm this.

Little Acre Quarantine Kennels has been an established quarantine facility for over 20 years, and exceeds all expectations of the Voluntary Code of Practice. We offer a First Class service to owners and pets alike as pride is taken in all aspects of the services we offer to make your pets stay as comfortable as possible.
