How quickly will my pets settle in my new home?
Most pets are very adaptable and will soon settle into their new home when surrounded by people and objects they are familiar with.
What happens if my pet becomes ill?
Russell Lyon B.V.M&S.,MRCVS of the "All Creatures" practice in March, Cambs is our Vet.

He visits the quarantine facilities daily (except Sundays) and examines all new arrivals. He completes a written report before the animals leave quarantine for their homes in the UK.

Russell Lyon has had over 20 years experience at his veterinary practice here in March and has published several books, detail of which can be found on his Web Site http://www.vetoncall.co.uk.

He also provides the veterinary expertise for the local BBC Radio Station - Radio Norfolk.
Do you charge extra for heating?
Not at all – the health and welfare of your pet is paramount. As can be seen from our itemised quotation and contract there are no hidden extras.
What quality of food will my pet receive?
LAQK only serve top quality recognised brand name foods. All dogs and cats are fed morning and evening, with the exception of puppies, kittens and older animals who may require extra attention.

We also cater for any special dietary requirements. Please notify us in advance.
Should I visit my pet?
At LAQK we strongly encourage you to maintain the bond with your pet, however we appreciate this is not always possible and our dedicated team will ensure that your pet receives love and attention. Our visiting times are 2pm to 4pm Monday to Friday, 12pm to 4pm Saturday. Closed Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Should I send beds or bedding?
We do provide bedding but if your pet has a special blanket which may help make his/her trip more comfortable by all means put this in the traveling box with him/her
How do I get an Import Licence and how long will it take?
LAQK will facilitate obtaining a licence and boarding documents for you. Most customers know well in advance of relocation and we appreciate as much notice as possible.

We have been able to arrange the required documentation to be obtained within a week, with the help of DEFRA, however this cannot be guaranteed.
